I stayed at this hotel in Queenstown recently, and while the rooms weren't facing the lake, they offered a great view of the gondola. They were very clean and warm, though basic and not quite 'executive. ' The stay was enjoyable, but the high cost didn't quite match up with other options due to the closed borders.

I found the rooms to be very clean and warm with a great view of the gondola.
Service

The staff here were really welcoming, very helpful, and made my stay comfortable. However, there was one instance where one staff member seemed a bit rude; not sure if that's just her way or if she was having an off day.
Location
8.0
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Just be mindful that it closes early. Getting in and out of town by car during peak hours can be a bit of a challenge.

While the dining options were limited, I was pleasantly surprised by the fried oysters across the road at Millennium Hotel. It would have been nice to have more dining choices within the hotel itself.
Facilities

The facilities offered here were sufficient, catering to your basic needs during your stay.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were tidy and comfy, and the spa bath was a nice touch after a long day. However, the room could have been cleaner, and it was on the smaller side. The service was exceptional, with the staff being helpful and friendly even late at night. The location was convenient, close to the city center and with easy access to surrounding attractions. The dining options were limited, but the European food just around the corner was a plus.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hurleys of Queenstown! The hotel is in a wonderful location, close to the town center and within walking distance to many attractions. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, although they could use a little update in terms of decor. The service was top-notch, especially the reception staff who were incredibly friendly and considerate. The dining options were a bit limited, but there are great choices just across the road at Millennium Hotel. Overall, a fantastic value for money with a few minor areas to improve.

Rooms

My room at Hurleys was large, very well equipped, and quite comfortable, although it had a slightly dated feel. The full-length mirror was a nice touch, but it tended to get quite hot in the afternoon sun.

The location of the hotel suited me perfectly. It's close to the town center, Queenstown mall, and Arrowtown, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, it's just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and other attractions.

While dining options at Hurleys were limited, the Dim Sum restaurant across the road at Millennium Hotel offered a great alternative at no extra cost. It was convenient and delicious!

The hotel offers essential facilities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. These amenities added convenience to my stay.
